Humoral and Cell-mediated responses on Cancer Immune system - a study based on Mathematical Modeling

We analyse the mathematical model of interaction between cancer cells and immune system, where we have considered both humoral mediated and cell-mediated Immune response. Our model includes 5 ordinary differential equations and can be analysed analytically. We have done the sensitivity analysis of our system and estimate the model parameter values using least square method. We study its equilibrium points and find the conditions for global stability for the cancer-free equilibrium point and also discuss the bifurcation analysis of the system . We illustrate our results by numerical simulations.
